Bad Service

I Have never come across such ***********'s sales/support people all i need to do is to sort out the account which is under my daughters name, all i get is attitude sure because they think they are talking to her, i spoke to Eviwe i dont think she knows what's going on there, they just put the phone down on your ear they dont care, Khanya unnecessary rude but clued up on what's going on, put the phone down on my ear, i spoke to Sibongile now the account is under my name automatically wow, but they are not allowed to change anything on the system this happened within 15 minutes.
