Bad Service

I'm so frustrated and disappointed in the after service. I ordered my system on Tuesday and received it Thursday and an e-mail saying it was delivered Rica done and SIM activated I was so Impressed at the speed and professionalism.

I set up unit according to instruction. ....pretty simple THEN came the issue . I couldn't connect to the internet I phoned the number on the delivery note....but they not taking calls during lockdown OK they suggested e-mail and live chat from their site I've done both a few times and only get an auto response No call back, no e-mail, no response I've tried to do it on their site but all links aren't working On my cell phone it keeps telling me bad signal move the unit I asked on a FB group for help only to find many people had the same initial problem Once connected they were happy but found it very difficult to get hold of Rain and get connected. .......wish I'd checked before purchasing
