BAD SERVCIES

Rain switched off my service after changing my payment date,

explained to the that my situation change & my date will have to change, they requested an upfront payment for changing a payment date which really sucks.

I called to get my services reactiavted & they refused , I explained to them that I'm writing exams & if they can take the payment of the 1st as I have change the dates.

I can't cause rain doesn't advise that the services will be afftected if the payment dates are changed which nonsense.

Please if you reading this review don't use rain a service provider they are a ****s.

They stuff don't know how to treat clients , they don't understand the meaning of customer service.

Very disapointed in this. I will be cancelling this services.
