I have not been able to connect today. I have called in for assistance but I was told that the issue is escalated.

I do not have any email or case number for the escalation. I need internet restored asap.

Hi Rain,

Thank you for the update but work hours are almost over and I still do not have internet.

The router is where it is always placed, restarted several times.
