Bad Rain Services

I have been a client for more then a year with no problems until 3 weeks ago. My signal dropped to the point now that we cant even log into email via Rain. Then spoke to them via email and keep telling me change these setting then change that setting but to no avail signal keeps getting worse. To top it all our whole town is having the same problems., The more we ask to check into it the more they send emails ignoring and just telling me to change settings. I am so so over this. I am a paying client with no signal. I want this sorted
