Bad Rain service and connectivity

Continuous complaints to them with regards to poor speeds and connectivity. Only coming back to me when they want... if at all and with poor excuses. They always blame it on the high demand which is pathetic seeing that they should grow their infrastructure and coverage according to their growing client base. This excuse does not work anymore. I upgraded from 19/7 unlimited package to the 24/7 unlimited package... no change in service or coverage. I upgraded my router by buying a new one.. still no better response or service. Not sure what the next step is.... Hopefully I can find a better provider with better service and coverage.

PS - MTN and Vodacome coverage, speeds and connectivity via my 3G contracts is 10x better than the 4G package from Rain.

The Rain connection still disconnects intermittently and speeds are still not where it is supposed to be. Sometimes I am in the middle of a meeting when it suddenly dies. As per the phone conversation with the Rain engineer, he moved me to another site. Not sure how that works but as per the attached from the site, I am still connected to the same site I have been. What is the solution to my continuous issues with connectivity? Speeds are a bit better, but not what it is supposed to be as can be seen on the comparisons between MTN (3G, 58Mb/s download, 38 Mb/s upload) and Rain (4G, 13 Mb/s download, 5 Mb/s upload). And this was on a GOOD (well in my current experience, but very bad in comparison) Rain day.
