BAD RAIN SERVICE

I have been logging a complaint that my internet was down for 4 days. I have not getting any response from rain. I phoned twice using my airtime to find out what was the problem. I was informed that the tower was off. So the techs could not resolve the issue for 4 days?. I am very unhappy, at the end of the month rain will collect their money and i was not connected to the internet for almost a week. This is not acceptable. Not even when a logged a fault i got any feedback from rain. I need this sorted out. There ia a reason i pay for internet. Now i have to buy data to do my work an pay rain. I am a very dissapointed client!!!!!!
