Bad Rain network
This Rain network is really bad, I have stayed with it with the hope that it will change and give me good network but nothing as yet. What really make me more mad is that you can not even get to talk to them, their customer service is really bad.

22 Jan 2021, 14:03I was called by one of your agent and he advised me to buy another router that will be able change the network connection then i will be connected to a poll since the one i am using is down. How long does it take Rain people to fix their network when it's down cause i have waited for weeks now? Why does Rain not answer us and fix our issues if we have not expose them like this?

22 Jan 2021, 14:10Its not my problem that your towers have a problem, I want the service i was promised when i joined Rain. If you can't connect me using my router due the tower that you have in my area that down maybe it's time you borrow me a extender so that i can get network from another tower.
