Bad rain loop service

I got my Loop in October 2025 it worked fine, i told everyone about it, although when the weather was bad it didn't worked it was fine But on the 2 Jan 2026 our town had sever thunder and lightning and the towns electricity was out and when it came back on my loop did not work and since then i am sitting without wifi and been battling, the people you contact says they escalate the problem and someone will call you back..to this day no one has ever contacted me back, and still now wifi. But my account is up to date, because that is the first thing they check, so i pay for no wifi and no service...they are a company that *****s your money and no service,
