Bad Rain Internet service provider

I have had Rain for 4 months with no problem. Last week the connection just went off and has not come back on. I have logged 3 faults on line, with no response. I did however receive a message to say I must sit tight they will respond in 24 hours. We definitely do not have the same time definition. My children need a stable connection to try and keep up with their school work and this is just not working. Based on my current experience, I would most definitely not recommend Rain.
