Bad Rain Internet

I have been experiencing very bad connection issues over the last couple of weeks but I swear the last 2 weeks was the worst.... More than half the time I am sitting with no internet connection but come month end they debit their full R699......I think I should rather try Fibre... Would not recommend Rain to anyone
