Bad Rain account billing
I made a payment on the 25th of of October and after making payment I changed my payment date to the 1st of every month to my surprise today I get a notification that says I have to Seattle my account of R999 and my network is switched off, it has only been 7day how can I owe R999 in 7days, I have tried to call the contact centre for over 30minutes and no one picks up, I have sent an email with no response, the enly thing I've got it's an automatic response when I log a call
