BAD RAIN

i have ot now for 3 days. i have mailed twice regarding the signal problem, we have an fb group in george and over 50 people on there complaint about the signal probleme, rain just dont reply or phone, this morning i send an mail to say cancel en give back my money because it cant go on like this i pay for something i cant use, an hour and half movie is 4hours later because of the buffering . 5m from the router my daughter cant even go on instagram, we cant even google something thag is how bad it is!!! are they going ro give me back mh money for the data that i bought for the devices because i cant use the internet, full of promises , cant complain about the services because there is no service. ***
