Bad rain

I haven't had wifi in two for five days and I'm working from home it's very frustrating I called and have to two references they keep on saying they will get back to me . I haven't even received any feedback and I guess calling you guys it's just a waste of time because you don't even bother calling me back . Tomorrow morning it will be the sixth day without wifi what's mite frustrating ppl from the call centre don't even wanna give out their names they say it's the law that's how they operate tried writing on Facebook to get assisted nothing even now. It's very difficult to get assistance from this service provider
