Bad Post service, Technical support useless

Technical Issues experienced several times, twice I have logged it on your site and no one comes back. The connection runs fine for 2-3 days, then stops. Like right now, No load shedding, but it has stopped. NO connectivity since 6.30pm...WHY? I have rebooted the router, it connects, runs fine for 2min then suddenly I get an alert, "No Internet connection" Also your support number *** is useless as one cannot get hold of anyone or when connecting, the call get cut. Why dont you have any support available???
