Bad poor useless network provider

Rain was suppose to be a convient network provider but instead it's looking for ways to frustrate and annoy customers. My debit order date is the 25th of every month yet they are debiting my account in the 22nd after several attempts of trying to get through to them to get them to change my date from 25 the last day of the month and they have been ignoring me and now they debiting my account without my permission on the 22nd the worst part is there is no response from this useless people you can't even get to speak to a consultant how *********** and useless can this company be. I'm frustrated and annoyed with this rain people.
