Bad or no sevices

I am a new customer of rain wifi. The first month i only experions minor problem with the wifi rooter. On the 29th Desember rain put thrue a debitorder of R595 on my rain 101 contract. After about 3 - 4 days i start experions network problems. I report the problem to there client customer servis but from the start they cut not solve the problem. Is phone them almost every day for the past 3 weeks without anny suckses. About 4 days after i report the network problem the first time both my rain simcards stop working even i stil have free minutes availible on both the simcards. I also try to cancel the contract with rain by phone the client customer service as wel as sending them a email and also on the my rain app but intil today i have not receive convermation that my contract was canceld. What more do i have to do to get my rain services up and running again. So rain if you are serios about you service to your client start fixing the problems on your network becausse you are steeling your customers money each month becausse of bad or no services we are paying for a service that we dont get.
