Bad, Non existent customer service

I have been trying to contact rain to query about my account that i cancelled but I'm continuously being billed for. how does a month to month contract accumulate? i also believe the contact centre does not exist there absolutely no way you can be on hold for 2 hours, not even Government institutions give such **** service
