Bad news thunder storms expected!!!

I've been paying for this service for years and cannot use any of its services when required, their support expects me to reboot and walk around with their router the entire day to connect... I cannot use their Sims anywhere, trust me if in an emergency? we had to borrow phones as we couldn't connect, and now that I've cancelled yet still paid full for the month I have lost all connection. My wife has complained from the time that I've gotten this service... Waste of money!!!
