Bad network service provider

It's months trying to resolve network issues that I face time and again... Rain doesn't care all they'll say is theyll get someone to call u... Til today in still waiting and can't even cancel their subscription as they still taking money from my account... This is the worst network I've ever used... Not today I called and they still say someone will call back... Guys how can I get this subscription off my back... I'm tired 😩
