Bad Network service

We got Rain 5G. After about two weeks it started giving trouble. We logged multiple tickets and only received one feedback. We then called the support line and the response we got was just "sorry" no change in fixing our network. Working from home makes it extremely difficult to work without internet, which led to us buying prepaid data that just keep costing us more more and money. This is truly shocking. So many people in Edenvale is complaining about the poor network service of rain.
