Bad Network for over a month and no solutions
Hello, for the third time in less than a month I am writing about the same issue I have been writing about regarding the WiFi at router at O'Reilly Road labelled the same attached... It has been over a month I've been telling yall that her WiFi network becomes trash every single day after 6pm... I have asked, now I demand this issue be fixed because I have paid your bill every month for years, I dont understand why you refuse to fix something as simple as this... I demand that if necessary you change the router at her house and i demand you reimburse the amount of money owed for when the network is being trash.

18 Nov 2024, 18:48What makes the situation even mote disrespectful for me is the fact that I was promised help and yet got no call, or email, and only today am I finding out that the issue still persists from trying to video call my sister to talk to my nephews and niece and found myself unable to do that. Fix this. I dont care how. And believe me I'll write yall every day on every platform until it is resolved.
