BAD NETWORK

Very bad servic, I log a call yesterday. Although they didn't get back to, I went ahead and called them myself. I spoke with one Sean, he said a technician will call me me, yet again nothing. I have hve having that same problem for two weeks now. Rain enjoys my monthly payments. I cant keep making payments for a service i am not getting as promised buy Rain nor am I satisfied with the service the this point I feel like I am being ******
