Bad network coverage and worst service.

I purchased the rain sim on take a lot and it was delivered on the 19th Jan 2021, ever since that day I think I only used or connected to the internet for that day and only for a few hours. The network coverage is bad. I called the service provider and since then, they have been telling me the same old story, to reboot and that the matter has been escalated. I was told i have a 7 days probation period for one to cancel for a full refund and in Saturday, i sent an email and it was responded the same... the matter has been escalated and it was the last time i heard from them. Today on Monday, 25th Jan 2021, when I called the lady i spoke to rold me she has no idea about the refund within 7 days thing and that she will escalate my matter. I had to buy data for all these emails I've been sending after having to pay R479. They were too quick to debit the money but just bad at giving good service that they preaching on their adverts. They just bad nje and should cancel what they've started and refund my money period.
