Bad network coverage

It is high time we all cancel our subscription with Rain. These people's network coverage is extremely poor. Most of the time where i need to use it i have poor to no access for hours. U want to contact them, u wait forever on chat for someone to get to u or just forget. Bad bad poor service. No telephone access
