Bad network connection from Rain company at Isipingo arearea
It's been over a month now, Rain network is not working in Isipingo area, yet at the end of the month they deduct full payment fir there service that is not working. Rain doesn't even inform us if there is a problem, they just take the network and, do not say anything to the clients. The company in unprofessional. we are working using this network. we are now losing money because they are not providing the service that we are paying for.

18 Jun 2025, 10:15I hope this is going to be sorted as soon as possible because this pose a threat to our jobs, we are really no so pleased about what is happening to your network if you have huge problems let us know so that we can opt for otner networks instead of paying for the service that is not working and frustrating.
