Bad network connection for about 2 months now

I have been calling and logging support emails to rain So since they increased their 4G from R479 to R499 i have been struggling with internet connection I called and was told the tower next to me was down and it should bevl fixed in the next 48 hours and that was on the 29 December 2022 8am even now i still dont have internet connection

Can this be solved im pay alot of money for this service and not getting what im paying for
