Bad network connection

Network connection is terrible and worse their customer service. I have been calling the whole day but I never get through to a consultant to help me. Their phone keeps cutting off which means I can't work the whole due to no network connection

It's very stupid to be expected to log a complain with Al which has no turnaround time
