Bad network, bad service, ****************

Rain has such a bad service, I haven't been able to connect, my sim has network issues. My neighbours are ok with no problem as they use the same network. No one have bothered to contact me, but they were able to debit my money monthend. Imagine paying for the service you not receiving. This is delay light *******.
