Bad network, bad service

I've had broken internet connection since December 2023, i have reported so many times i received so many cases but still with no assistance. The call center agents are so rude and unprofessional. Today I spoke to Athi who refused to give her surname or managers details even refused to get someone to call me back, I'm working from home n this network is frustrating coz I'm always offline My address is always incorrect, I've called more that 10 times to correct it, but no one bothered to update it
