Bad network and service
Have not had any network in my area past 2 days. No answers from the call centre. Paid premium in full however no service.

21 Dec 2022, 12:47Very disappointed in Rain every month we have issues. This time I'm being told it's the area however my router not working. I pay in full and I doubt will even be credited. Kindly please fix the issue as the lack of communication or professionalism is appalling or replace router

23 Dec 2022, 12:34Rain your service is such a disappointment I spoke to a call center agent and told me I don't have an account after have paid my premium monthly even was double debited. My router hasn't worked for almost 5 days have submitted tickets and calls. Only answer I got was a tower story today we told we have no account. You guys lack professionalism and agents lack manners. I will receive a computer generated reply with no assistance as usual
