Bad network and no assistance

Our rain have no connection here you sent me a conformation e mail to confirm that the Rain network does work but it doesnt ,Vodacom works perfectly ,if we cant sort this out i and my mom must consider to cancel both our subcibtions ,we just want to speak to someone to try to assist us but only get mails back ,not ppeased with this whole Rain we got ,and we paid upfront for everything NOT HAPPY Ezingweni safari lodge between bela bela and nylsteoom We are on the farm please we cant put a street adress here,we situated between Nylstroom and Bela-Bela PLEASE ASSIST Mine doesnt work in pretoria aswell not on the farm and no one calls me after about 10 mails sent to Rain
