Bad Network and even worse communication.

I’ve been struggling with Rain in my area since 6th of December 2023 and they have yet to permanently resolve the issue because as we speak now on the 3rd of January 2024 the network is down with very minimum connectivity. They hardly communicate if if they do it’s a copy and paste response they post on their page. I seriously would not recommend this network to anyone!!
