Bad network and customer service

I have been with Rain for over year and a half till know that i experience so bad service since the 28 of June 2023 till know that i have decided to move to another supplier for they are quick to take the money but very bad to resolve network problem and speed

I pay for 50 MBP s but run on between 4 and 10 MbPs s and that is what i am not paing for i spoke to 2 team leaders full of promises but no action on fixing for they can only escalate the matter

Since this morning just after 11 spoke to another team leader and i was said they will escalate i will receive a reference nr and a call i must give them a last chance so guess what they had there chance for up to now at 15:24 no call no mail

So thanks rain for taking my money without service
