this is the second time in a week you guys have to compensate me

This is the second day without internet I called your call centre your agent the guy was laughing at me I spoke to a lady before that she just stopped talking she did not give her name your call centre is no help they are unproffessional and they have no information to tell customers what is happening when the internet will be on again all they say i must just wait even Eskom let you know when Loadshedding will end and when it will start I am very angry with Rain for a private company to behave like this it is disgracefull you take my money every month and this what you give back

Just spoke to a agent her Name is Molly she actually put the phone down while I was talking to her i asked her when will the internet be back she did not know I asked her can I speak to the person in the technical department she did not know who the person is all she said is she has escalated it that's it 2nd day without internet and the Rain call centre do not know what is happening this is disgraceful a guy who says his name Linda at the call centre laughed at me Rain be careful this brand is being destroyed by your own lack of service and your own people
don't be the company that will be laughed at one day.
Do you look at the reviews you are getting who is the customer service manager and CEO of Rain what are they doing about this
I am drawing the line with this company
