Bad network

Since the 2nd week of December 2022 I've been experiencing bad network in Kgabalatsane. I would take the whole weekend without connection and it comes back on Monday then during the day and at night it goes off til the next day. I switched to 5g in January 2023 and it was worse, I'm now having a network loadshedding, it goes of every 6 hours for 2 hours and since we are now in stage 6 it goes off after every 4 hours for more than 4 hours, I'm frustrated because I'm working from home and I have to buy extra data to cover me during the day but I'll be expected to pay full amount at the end of the month.
