bad network ....

Very very very bad service and network issues, especially with their rain 101 I pay for 30mbp yet i only get between 0 & 1mbp been making calls for a month now and still no solution, they also have empty promises they issue out tickets and promising that they will call you back and they dont even do that they keep on escalating the matters yet there is no solution we pay so much money for such a bad service their cousultants even make you to hold then hang up and don't even bother to call you back such a dissapointing network provider
