Bad network

I have been with rain for Almost 3 months now I have I'm on the uncapped plan but the internet is so slow I sent 2 complaints already and no one got back to up until today ..i use the WiFi for work but I can't do my work as the network is so slow I recommended many to use it but now I won't this is a terrible network
