Bad Network

I recently purchased a rain sim. I have the sim for nearly 3 days and there is no connection. I send countless mails as I know that the call centre is closed due to the lockdown. I was chatting to they live chat and they keep giving me settings that does not work. How can a network operator not send these settings and now I purchased a sim that I won't even use. My money is down the drain and rain just do not care at getting back to they're clients. Sorry rain but you are far off from the big 3. I want my refund now
