Bad network 😑

Can you please assist me with canceling rain 5G network, rain told me there's coverage in my area 😒 knowing very well that there's no coverage, I've been calling them for the past 2 weeks 😑 telling them that the wifi can connect it reads NO NETWORK so m tired can they please come and collect their wifi and Sim cards, I tried calling them to assist me to cancel since there's no coverage in my area they are telling to log in the app to cancel, I can't even log in ,in that app m tired of this network cause the way they are handling my situation they want to debit end of the month for the thing I didn't use ,this is pure **** 😢 I won't recommend rain to anyone
