Bad marketing and bad service

I had internet connection problems for 5 days then on Saturday I could connect after five business days ,the network was fine for 2 days, yesterday again the whole day I did not have connection, meaning their 5g uncapped network works only on weekends because the issue is still not resolved. Rain should just have advertised that their 5G uncapped is uncapped only on weekends,they always try to blame it on load shedding, amazing enough yesterday there wa no load shedding,even today there is no load shedding.

The technicians have been to my son,and they moved it next to the window,I just moved mine next to the window just now,it is up again
