Bad internet, worse service.

I logged 4 requests through the normal channels to Rain, with no help. I then turned to Hellopeter and actually got a response.

The "technician" was at my home, to watch me get on the roof, to TURN the round router to solve all my problems. HUGE help.

Currently I had to disconnect my computer from my Rain "internet" just to make this post because I now have a WOPPING 0.9Mbps speed on this super fast internet that Rain provides.

I will NEVER EVER recommend Rain to anyone. Great idea, but a complete *******.
