Bad internet speed and poor customer service support

The signal is bad. I couldn't install a project package because of the bad connection. This is bad service guys. The first time I sent a complaint I was told to reconfigure the APN by your support agent but still no changes. I sent another complaint 7 or 8 days ago even now I got no response. Some of us need the internet speed to be fast coz we use it for web and application projects. I don't think I will continue with rain next month, what a waste of time and money.
