Bad Internet speed.
Rain promises a 4G connection speed of between 5 Mb/s to 12 Mb/s. I hardly ever reaches that speed and very often is only K/s. The are unreachable by phone and every email I sent only gets ignored. On their website I have lodged a number of requests the just fail to respond. The defiantly do not live up to their promise.
