Bad Internet signal continuously from Rain

Firstly, nobody answers the phone number provided. Secondly, Rain provides no place where they can be contacted by email.

The internet signal is constantly dropping this morning, roughly every two minutes. And this in spite of the sms sent out by Rain that they are apparently attending to their problems.

I live in the Kilnerpark suburb, Pretoria.
