Bad internet services.

I’ve been having trouble with rain for e past two weeks or so and haven’t been able to connect. Today rain bills me and they bill me for a full service. I have not been able to get a timely response from the support team and now I’m being billed for what. I am cancelling their services and want m refund as I no longer want a connection from them for the month! Rain is such a headache.
