Bad internet service provider in fact they name should change to Rain no service provider.

Rain is the worst internet service provider ever, the is always a problem with they network. Since I joined this service provider I had to make sure I buy data from another service provider so that my child can attend class because the network always connects without internet. I have called them so many time that I know their procedure by head. The day you call them you will have network, the following day the same problem again. They have promised to upgrade me to 5G devices but they did not and when I called I got a different story from the guy that was helping me on that day stating that my area does not have 5G tower but to my surprise two different consultants before him confirmed that this a 5G tower in my area. This past Friday my daughter could not writer her exam because the was no network. On Saturday I called and I was helped by the lady called Nosiseko Ntshinga, she was the reason I did not cancel this network provider because she was really helpful and she ever confirmed that this is a 5G tower in my area and she ever confirmed the school next to me that has the 5G tower.
