😡😡😡😡bad internet service every month same story… it’s been days now without 📺

I’m a writing this review with a heavy heart 😡😡 every month my internet has to be down meaning my router is not working this people won’t even send or call you to make u at ease you must always call them same story every month about their broken towers. It’s a 4th day now without internet and it’s holiday season my family can’t watch tv yet they are very quick to debit their money 😡😡😡😡 what about all this day I didn’t have internet will they reimburse them? 😡😡 still don’t have internet it’s a long weekend **** their service I’m tired.
