Bad internet service

I have been expiriencing connection issues since december. The brought a new router and its still giving me network issues . The internet is very slow and sometimes is not working at all. 2 weeks ago i requested a technician to come and install the router on the roof as promised but today i got a call from CCD couriers saying they have been instructed by rain to come and collect my router and i asked why because i have never missed any payments and they said they dont know why they have been instructed to collect it . I just called rain 20 minutes ago to ask why the router is being colllected and they support agent is saying that its not being colled br the technician is coming to fix it or bring me another router of which these are two different statements. I am paying R740 for bad internet and i call rain every week with my airtime and they take long to even answer calls which i find to be bery unfair . Its tiring .im being taken for a ride because all they do is debit my money in return for bad internet connection
