Bad internet provider

I have 5G Premium contract for R999. Slowest network I’ve ever experienced. Logged a problem with them on Thursday to downgrade me to 5G standard. No response from them, instead my speed has been slowed even further since I logged a query with them. I’ve had no joy from this provider since signing with them. I’ve asked them to cancel my subscription with them....
